OUR COVID SAFETY PLANS
Everyone attending Tunes in the Dunes must follow one of the below COVID Safety Plans.

The first step is to complete the Pre-Entry COVID Safety Questionnaire. You will be asked a number of questions to help you understand what you will need to do to prove your COVID status so that we can keep you and others safe. Once you have completed your registration, you will be told which COVID Safety Plan is most suitable for you. You will also be able to sign up for up-to-date guidance and reminders via SMS.
Please explain your situation to our COVID Safety Team at the door who will assess you on a case-by-case basis. We may ask to take your temperature and for you to complete a self-declaration symptom check form on paper. If we establish that you are eligible for the NHS COVID Pass, we will have staff on hand to assist you in obtaining this. If we are unable to admit you to the event, you will eligible for a ticket rollover for future Tunes events. Please contact [email protected] for further enquiries.

No. If you are not fully vaccinated, you can prove your COVID safety status in other ways, such as through regular LFT tests. Our COVID Safety Questionnaire will guide you through the options available to you.
You are not legally obliged to use this system, however you may be refused entry to the event at the discretion of the orgaisers.

This system is powered by covidhub.app, a service provided by Carepenny Ltd, a specialist healthcare software systems supplier who provide software solutions for a variety of healthcare organisations including the NHS. Any information you enter in this system is used solely for the purposes of event COVID safety and will never be shared with anybody other than your event organiser, and only with your consent. Your data is automatically deleted within 30 days after the event finishes. We do not permit event organisers to export your data or use it for marketing purposes. Some of the information you may enter on this system is classified as Protected Health Information (PHI), which means that we must abide by strict data security and governance requirements. Your information is encrypted as it is sent to us, as well as when it is stored. We keep your information on secure servers located in the United Kingdom and the European Union.
