We understand that some individuals may be exempt or prefer not to use the vaccination programme, or may not be able to use the COVID Pass for many different reasons. As event organisers, we need to follow guidelines or risk losing our licenses and endangering other customers. Therefore, we may need to speak with you to understand your circumstances prior to admittance to the event. Upon arrival, please explain your situation to our COVID Safety staff who will be outside the entrance to the event. If you are part of a foreign vaccination programme, please bring some evidence of this. For those unable or unwilling to provide vaccination details, we may ask to take your temperature, ask about any symptoms, and you may be asked to sign a self-declaration form. If we are unable to admit you, you will be issued a full or partial refund. You will be able to discuss this with our team at the Box Office.
